A group of 50 World Racers ran/walked in the 10K for Cambodia in Bangkok, Thailand to raise awareness and funding to fight human trafficking; the running participants were joined in prayer by hundreds of people across the United States. The event took place in a beautiful park, in which Thai men, women, and children were running alongside participants. They were unaware of what we were doing, but it was such a sweet moment of the Lord creating a stirring in the nation of Thailand and the industry of human trafficking.
It's incredible that such a large amount of provision was given to the prevention and restoration of victims of human trafficking, considering the first race was small-scale compared to the vision behind the27project. There will be a more detailed update soon of the orphanages that will benefit from this funding. Thank you for your continued prayers and support! Your voice is important. Keep the passion alive!

| Members of the October 2011 World Race Squad were the participants of the27project's first event! The vision of the27project was birthed during our founder's journey on the World Race. |
| Wade Carlton, right, received 1st place in the 10K for Cambodia; Thomas Wensil, left, received 2nd place. Keep in mind that the27project is still small and growing, so technically the winners only received a high-five! Great job guys! |
